Dispute a review

If you own or manage a building and think a review breaks our guidelines, tell us here. A person reads every dispute.

What we can do

• Remove a review that breaks a guideline: personal information, threats, hate, something not experienced firsthand, a duplicate, or the wrong building.
• Remove a detail that identifies a private person, and keep the rest.

What we can't do

• Remove a review because it is negative, or because the tenant hasn't verified they lived there.
• Tell you who wrote it.
• Take payment of any kind, for anything.
